Tato Ověřená technologie popisuje proces návrhu, výroby a testovánı́ rezonátorů a vakuových komponent pro aplikaci v ionizátoru, který je navržen pro vesmı́rné technologie a laboratornı́ prostředı́. V rámci projektu FW06010622 se zkoumá a optimalizuje technologie výroby těchto klı́čových součástı́, včetně návrhu parametrů rezonátorů, analýzy jejich funkčnosti a schopnosti generovat plazma při různých podmı́nkách. Dále je zkoumán a vyvı́jen proces výroby vakuových komponent, zejména potom extraktoru iontů, který je klı́čovou vakuovou komponentou vyvinutou na mı́ru a specificky pro daný ionizátor. Tato Ověřená technologie zahrnuje podrobný popis pracovnı́ch postupů, použitého materiálu, konstrukčnı́ch metod a charakterizace výsledných parametrů.

This Proven Technology describes the process of design, manufacturing and testing of resonators and vacuum components for application in an ionizer, which is designed for space technologies and laboratory environments. Within the framework of the project FW06010622, the production technologies of these key components are investigated and optimized, including the design of resonator parameters, analysis of their functionality and ability to generate plasma under various conditions. Furthermore, the production process of vacuum components is investigated and developed, in particular the ion extractor, which is a key vacuum component custom-developed and specifically for the given ionizer. This Proven Technology includes a detailed description of the working procedures, the used material, the construction methods and the characterization of the resulting parameters.
