Original Abstract

The paper presents disposition of Keithley 617 electrometer in discharge characteristics measurement for dielectric relaxation spectroscopy object. The first chapter deals the basic electrical parameters of dielectric and insulation materials. These parameters enable us to review material's qualities for needed taking. Next chapter describes dielectric relaxation spectroscopy theory and possible form of measuring equipment metering in time domain. Next are shown created measuring workplace and experimental testing of dielectric sam-ple. In the end are reviewed present experimental testing features.
