Original Abstract
This paper presents a conceptual design of a training scenario, where students, professionals, and general users can easily explore the capabilities of modern smart meters. The proposed scenario offers a virtual smart meter with an interactive web interface, along with a simplified head-end system that provides access to various authorization roles for viewing and interacting with the smart meter and its data. Additionally, this virtual environment includes a customer interface, allowing even non-experts to familiarize themselves with the available benefits of smart meters. It also demonstrates how this interface can be used for tasks such as load control and the management of energy end devices in smart homes.
