Original Abstract

Creation of free economic zones (FEZ) is one of development strategy elements on the countries or the certain regions level. Creation FEZ is effective only at the active regional and structural policy, efforts on "opening" economy and creation of the centres of the accelerated growth by cooperation with the foreign capital. There are some types of free economic zones. In this paper we shall consider four FEZ, received the greatest distribution, then a quick view on the free economic zones in Russia and Syria.
