Jedná se o experimentální zařízení určené ke studiu opotřebení u malých kloubních náhrad. Zařízení je rozšiřitelné a modulové. Lze přidat více testovacích jednotek, avšak vždy v páru. Základní stav obsahuje dvě funkční testovací jednotky. Cílem je stanovit opotřebení materiálů, ze kterých se vyrábí malé kloubní náhrady - zejména se jedná o materiály vyráběné kovovým 3D tiskem jako je chirurgická ocel, případně titan.

Experimental device intended for the study of wear in small joint replacements. The device is expandable and modular. More test units can be added, but always in pairs. The basic version contains two functional test units. The goal is to determine the wear of materials from which small joint replacements are made - especially materials produced by metal 3D printing such as surgical steel or titanium.
