High-speed SPM data processing for Gwyddion

Gwyddion is an open source software for Scanning Probe Microscopy data analysis. Gwyddion 2.64 brings novel capability of handling data from High-Speed Scanning Probe Microscopy (HS-SPM), including whole sets of high-speed frames that are treated as a special type of Volume data. To process the HS-SPM frames the same way, modules for data leveling, correction and filtering were developed, as well as a module for advanced data processing like drift estimation and correction. On top of it this version adds novel capabilities for handling general XYZ data sets originating from metrology HS-SPM systems.
