Příspěvek popisuje možnost využití neuronových sítí ve zvukové technice pro potlačování impulsních rušení, které se objevují na gramofonových nahrávkách a způsobují rušivé praskání. Potlačování tohoto jevu je dvoufázovým procesem. Během první fáze se detekuje impulsní rušení a ve druhé fáze se odstraňuje jeho nežádoucí vliv. Pro obě etapy zpracování jsou vytvořené neuronové sítě a algoritmy jsou otestovány a optimalizovány. Implementace algoritmu byla provedena v prostředí Matlab s využitím nadstavby Neural Network Toolbox.

This paper describes the possibility of using Neural Networks in audio technique for the reduction of impulsive distortions on gramophone records. This reduction is a two-stage process: in the first stage the impulsive distortions are detected, and in the second stage the detected distortions are interpolated. Neural Networks were created for both stages, and the algorithms were tested and optimized. Implementation was performed in the Matlab programming environment with the help of Neural Network Toolbox.
