Armoblok styčníku pro vyztužení rámového styčníku sestává z jednotlivých větví nepřímé FRP výztuže, kde jedna větev je vždy sestavena ze tří výztuží tvaru „L“ a jedné výztuže tvaru „U“. Uspořádání větví bylo zvoleno na základně zvyklostí pro běžné vyztužení monolitického betonového styčníku s využitím příložek. Polohu a uspořádání výztuží jedné větve zabezpečují plastové distanční prvky. Tyto prvky byly realizovány 3D tiskem z polymerního tiskového vlákna tištěné formou FDM technologie. Distanční prvky jsou navrženy tak, aby byla zabezpečena vzájemná poloha výztuže pomocí „úchytných nožiček“. Geometrie prvků současně zabezpečuje polohu výztuže v rámci betonového prvku, čímž je definováno i krytí výztuže.

The armoblock of the contact beam for reinforcing the frame contact beam consists of individual branches of indirect FRP reinforcement, where one branch is always composed of three "L" and one "U" reinforcement. The arrangement of the branches was chosen on the basis of the convention for conventional reinforcement of a monolithic concrete liaison wall with the use of flanges. The position and arrangement of the single branch reinforcements is provided by plastic spacers. These elements were realised by 3D printing from polymer printing filament printed by FDM technology. The spacers are designed in such a way as to ensure the relative position of the reinforcement by means of 'gripping feet'. At the same time, the geometry of the elements ensures the position of the reinforcement within the concrete element, thus defining the reinforcement coverage.
