Abstract

Compact charger design with a single-stage three-phase isolated PFC and resonant topology using SiC components. The output voltage is fully controllable from 0 to 100 VDC, the maximum output current is 200 ADC. A synchronous output rectifier and an advanced control with a variable switching frequency and phase shift are implemented. A peak efficiency of approx. 97.7 % was achieved. Remote charging control includes storing and processing charging and battery data in the Cloud.
