Výsledkem je nenosný stěnový panel s využitím sloupkové rámové nosné konstrukce, která je oboustranně opláštěna zdvojenými sádrokartonovými deskami (sádrové jádro vyztužené skleněnými vlákny). Vnitřní prostor panelu je vyplněn vyvíjeným tepelným a akustickým izolantem (kombinace celulózy a dřevních hoblin s vhodně zvolenou křivkou zrnitosti a hodnotou sypné hmotnosti). V konstrukci není použito lepené technologie. Přípoje jsou uvažovány za použití ocelových sponek a konstrukčních vrutů.

The result is a non-load-bearing wall panel utilizing a post-and-beam framework, which is clad on both sides with double-layered gypsum board (gypsum core reinforced with glass fibers). The internal space of the panel is filled with a developed thermal and acoustic insulator (a combination of cellulose and wood shavings with a carefully chosen grain curve and bulk density value). No glued technology is used in the construction. Connections are considered using steel staples and structural screws.
