Tato metodika upřesňuje, jak provádět podrobný diagnostický průzkum zaměřený na stav předpínací výztuže osazené a předepnuté v mostních objektech (dále jen předpjaté výztuže). Konkrétně se týká dodatečně předpjatých betonových prvků nosné konstrukce, ale uplatnitelná je také pro předem předpjaté betonové prvky. Uvádí, co všechno by měla tento diagnostický průzkum zahrnovat, jaké nedestruktivní diagnostické metody se k tomuto účelu dají využít, v čem se od sebe liší a pro jaké aplikace jsou nejvhodnější.

This methodology specifies how to perform a detailed diagnostic survey focused on the condition prestressing reinforcements installed and prestressed in bridge structures (hereinafter referred to as prestressed reinforcements). Specifically, it refers to additionally prestressed concrete elements of the load-bearing structure, but it is also applicable for pre-stressed concrete elements. It states what this diagnostic survey should include, what non-destructive diagnostic methods can be used for this purpose, how they differ from each other and for which applications are most suitable.
