Hlavními částmi zařízení jsou dva válcové disky, které jsou nezávisle poháněny přes řemenový převod asynchronními elektromotory. Předpětí řemenů je zajištěno napínacími kladkami. Jeden z disků je uložen na lineárním vedení, což umožňuje snadnou výměnu disků a také použití disků o různých průměrech. Síla v kontaktu je vytvořena pomocí elektrického aktuátoru. Vzhledem k malé velikosti disků a vysokým hodnotám kroutícího momentu je pro uložení disků na hřídelích zvoleno řešení pomocí svěrných kroužku. Toto řešení současně zabezpečuje přesné vycentrovaní disku vůči hřídelím a snižuje potřebný utahovací moment. Hlavní části zařízení jsou zakrytovány pomocí krycích plechů.

The main components of the device are two cylindrical discs, which are independently driven by belt transmission via asynchronous electric motors. The tension of the belts is ensured by tensioning pulleys. One of the discs is mounted on a linear guide, allowing for easy disc exchange and the use of discs with different diameters. The force in contact is created by an electric actuator. Due to the small size of the discs and high torque values, a solution using clamping bushs is chosen for disc mounting on the shafts. This solution simultaneously ensures precise centering of the disc relative to the shafts and reduces the required tightening torque. The main components of the device are covered by protective plates.
