Funkční vzorek brusného kotouče s gumovou vazbou pro broušení ložiskových kroužků byl vyvinut v rámci projektu FV 30335. Pro výrobu funkčního vzorku bylo využito nově vyvinutého urychlovače vulkanizace zajišťujícího vytvoření rychlejší a kvalitnější vazby brusných zrn. Tento výsledek umožňuje posílení konkurenceschopnosti firmy Best Business, a.s. v oblasti nástrojů pro broušení ložisek a jejich uložení a je připravováno jeho zavedení do malosériové výroby. Funkční vzorek brusného kotouče s gumovou vazbou byl detailně analyzován a výsledky ukázaly že se jedná o strukturně homogenní a kompaktní brusný nástroj bez trhlin, a o požadované optimální porozitě 11,4 %, která zaručuje bezpečný odvod třísek z povrchu obráběné součástky.

A functional sample of a rubber-bonded grinding wheel for grinding of bearing rings was developed within the project FV 30335. For the production of the functional sample, a newly developed vulcanization accelerator was used to ensure faster and better bonding of the abrasive grains. This result enables the strengthening of the competitiveness of Best Business, a.s. in the field of tools for grinding of bearings and their fitting and its introduction into small series production is being prepared. The functional sample of the rubber-bonded grinding wheel was analyzed in detail and the results showed that it is a structurally homogeneous and compact grinding tool without cracks and with the required optimum porosity of 11.4%, which guarantees safe chip removal from the surface of the machined component.
