Original Abstract

Intracranialhemorrhagesrepresentlife-threateningbraininjuries.Thispaperpresentstwo state-of-the-artobjectdetectionsystems(FasterR-CNNandYOLOv2)whicharetrainedtolocalize andclassifyhemorrhagesinaxialheadCTslicesbyprovidinglabelledrectangularboundingboxes. PubliclyavailabledatasetsofheadCTdataandgroundtruthboundingboxesareusedtoevaluateand comparetheperformanceofbothdetectors.TheFasterR-CNNshowsbetterresultsbyachievingan averageJaccardcoefficientof58.7%.
