Jak mění nakládání se stavebními odpady nový zákon a nová vyhláška, která na počátku srpna 2021 nahradila sedm předchozích vyhlášek? S novými právními předpisy se vynořila celá řada nových otázek, problémů, ale i příležitostí pro využívání produktů jejich recyklace.

English abstract

How does the new law and the new decree, which at the beginning of August 2021 replaced the seven previous decrees, change the management of construction waste? With the new legal regulations, a number of new questions, problems, but also opportunities for using the products of their recycling have emerged.
