Prototyp nosného dílce FRP sendvičové konstrukce pro aplikace ve stropních konstrukcích je sendvičový panel, který se skládá z voštinového jádra na bázi roštu PREFAGRID s povrchovými potahy na bázi skelné tkaniny a reaktoplastické matrice s protiskluzovou úpravou. Voštinové jádro nosného dílce s FRP sendvičovou konstrukcí je řešeno na bázi upraveného roštu PREFAGRID. Rošt PREFAGRID je upraven tak, aby vyhovoval dodatečné úpravě na sendvičový panel. Úprava spočívá v mechanickém odbroušení povrchových vrstev roštu a očištění pomocí roztoku pro odstranění reziduí povrchových separátorů, které ulpí na roštu PREFAGRID při jeho výrobě.

The prototype of the FRP sandwich structure for applications in ceiling structures is a sandwich panel consisting of a honeycomb core based on PREFAGRID grid with surface coatings based on glass fabric and a reactive plastic matrix with anti-slip treatment. The honeycomb core of the FRP sandwich structure is based on a modified PREFAGRID grid. The PREFAGRID grid is modified to accommodate the retrofitting to the sandwich panel. The modification consists of mechanical deburring of the surface layers of the grid and cleaning with a solution to remove residues of surface separators that adhere to the PREFAGRID grid during its manufacture.
