Zařízení pro testování semiaktivního tlumení sedačky pomocí magnetoreologického tlumiče. Zařízení se skládá ze statického a druhého pohyblivého rámu, kterému je umožněno vlivem ložisek a čepu naklápění. Tento pohyb je způsoben excentrickými disky uloženými na hřídeli. Hřídel je poháněna motorem s frekvenčním měničem přes řemenový převod. Na kyvném rámu je umístěna sedačka s MR tlumičem. Pomocí mag. pásku a akcelerometru je analyzována efektivnost vypružení. Součástí standu je i řídící jednotka, jenž umožnuje měnit proud MR tlumiče a algoritmus řízení.

Device for testing the semi-active damping of a seat using a magnetorheological damper. The device consists of a static and a second movable frame. Tilting movement of movable frame is caused by two eccentric discs mounted on the shaft. The shaft is driven by a motor with a frequency converter via a belt transmission. Seat with MR damper is located on the movable frame . Using magnetic tape and accelerometer, the effectiveness of the suspension is analyzed. The stand also includes a control unit that allows changing the current of the MR damper and the control algorithm.
