Abstract

Pro tvorbu ultratenkých vrstev JMM na povrch grafenového bolometru na čipu s pracovním názvem 9EM2 jsme v rámci projektu nanesli 15 nm tlustou vrstvu molekuly: [Fe4(L3)2(dpm)6] · Et2O, H3L3,R = Ph (Fe4Ph), která je velmi dobře prozkoumaným JMM našimi kolegy z University ve Florencii. Tenká vrstva byla ověřena pomocí rentgenové fotoelektronové spektroskopie (XPS). Provedli jsme depozice celkově na 2 čipy.

Abstract in English

For the deposition of ultrathin layers of SMM on graphene bolometer chip with internal designation 9EM2 we sublimated 15 nm thick layer of SMM: [Fe4(L3)2(dpm)6] · Et2O, H3L3,R = Ph (Fe4Ph), which is very well studied SMM system by our colleagues at University of Florence. Thin layer was confirmed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). We made deposition on 2 chips in total.
