Poloprovozní zařízení vychází ze zkušební konstrukce funkčního vzorku "Mobilní prací zařízení sloužící k úpravě stavebních recyklátů". Konstrukce ověřená v poloprovozních podmínkách zajišťuje účinnou separaci částic menších než 0,063 mm z dostupných recyklovaných materiálů frakcí 0 - 4 mm. Provoz zařízení byl testován při přípravě cihelných a betonových recyklovaných materiálů sloužících jako filtrační náplň vertikálních filtrů přírodních čistíren odpadních vod.

The semi-operational equipment is based on the test design of the functional sample "Mobile equipment for the treatment of recycled aggregates". The design, verified under semi-operating conditions, ensures effective separation of particles smaller than 0,063 mm from available recycled materials in fractions 0 - 4 mm. The operation of the plant has been tested in the preparation of brick and concrete recycled materials used as filter material in vertical subsurface flow beds of constructed treatment wetlands.
