Abstract

Manipulátor vzorků pro laterálně přesnější sekvenční 2D analýzu kontaminovaných ploch větších než 2 cm2. Byl použit při měření velkých kontaminačních stop optických krystalů. Manipulátor je určen pro zařízení TOF SIMS na CEITECu a je UHV kompatibilní.

Abstract in English

Specimen manipulator for laterally more accurate 2D sequential analysis of contaminated areas larger than 2 cm2. It has been used in the measurement of large contamination traces of optical crystals. The manipulator is designed for the TOF SIMS facility at CEITEC and is UHV compatible.
