Original Abstract

The priority of all developed countries in terms of inviromental protection measures is the disposal and management of waste from nuclear power plants. Disposal or peaceful use of surplus plutonium and highly enriched uranium weapons worried the authorities of countries with nuclear weapons, so governments are developing appropriate programs and approaches to this problem.
