Original Abstract

The paper deals with the selection process of the optimal gas flow meter for information-measuring system. Criteria for selection of the flow meters are studied. The algorithm based on Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Technique for Order Preference by Similar to the Ideal Solution for selection of the gas flow meter is pro- posed.. The application of the proposed algorithm increases reliability of the final decision. and enables automation of the selection process by using software.
