Original Abstract

The signal generator was created as part of a research project and thesis. In this case, the aim was to construct a functional device capable of generating electrical signals with different parameters. The result is a microcontroller controlled chip using Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) principles and output signals from 10 Hz to 400 MHz. The signals generated can be either simple harmonics or more complex modulated signals with different parameter settings. The device has been prepared so that it can be assembled and used by anyone interested in such a device according to the instructions and using the developed control software.
