Systém dohledu nad L2/L3 vrstvou sítě umožňuje uživateli (zákazníkovi) zajistit kompletní dohled nad druhou a třetí vrstvou sítě. Uživatel má možnost sbírat veškeré události na zařízeních objevujících se v jeho síti, odesílat je na dohledové centrum a zajistit notifikaci a eskalaci nejen předpřipravených eventů, ale také vytvářet eventy vlastní (dle vnitrofiremních potřeba a směrnic) a na ně také nastavovat notifikace. Veškeré sesbírané logy může zákazník podle potřeb uchovávat v databázi pro jejich zpětnou analýzu.

The L2/L3 layer monitoring system allows the user (customer) to provide complete monitoring of the second and third layers of the network. The user has the possibility to collect all events on devices appearing in his network, send them to the monitoring center and ensure notification and escalation of not only predefined events, but also create his own events (according to internal needs and directives) and set notifications for them. All collected logs can be stored by the customer in the database for their back analysis as needed.
