Cílem technického řešení je představit ekologický dlažební prvek k využití jako zpevněný pochozí či pojíždený povrch vodopropustných pozemních komunikací.Podstata technického řešení spočívá v dlažebním prvku, který je tvořen alespoň jednou vrstvou, přičemž tato vrstva sestává ze směsi přírodního kameniva s maximálním zrnem velikosti do 8 mm s mezerami mezi povrchu sousedných zrn a v pojivu pro průchod vody a z cementového tmelu. Ve výhodném provedení je dlažebný prvek tvořen dvěma vrstvami, přičemž na základní vrstvě je uspořádána horní pohledová vrstva, která sestává ze směsi přírodního kameniva s maximálním jemnějším zrnem velikosti do 4 mm a cementového tmelu, přičemž tloušťka horní pohledové vrstvy je alespoň třikrát menší než tlošťka spodní základní vrstvy a podíll mezer v ní je alepopoň 5% objemu. V dalším výhodném provendení směs obsahuje příměsi a přísady do betonu. V jiném provedení směs obsahuje barevný pigment.

In another preferred embodiment, the mixture contains admixtures and concrete admixtures. In another embodiment, the composition comprises a color pigment.
