V tomto VaV výsledku byl ověřen postup provádění železobetonových konstrukcí s využitím různých typů bednicích dílců a aplikací migrujících inhibitorů koroze při provádění monolitických železobetonových konstrukcí. Z navržených bednicích prvků se po betonáži postupně uvolňuje migrující inhibitor koroze, který na základě kapilárních/difúzních jevů proniká do struktury železobetonu a zde vytvoří prostředí pro zpomalení nebo dokonce zastavení koroze ocelové výztuže.

In this R&D result, the procedure of realization of reinforced concrete structures using various types of formwork components and applications of migrating corrosion inhibitors (MCI) in the execution of monolithic reinforced concrete structures was verified. After concreting, a migrating corrosion inhibitor is gradually released from the designed formwork elements, which penetrates into the structure of the concrete core due to capillary / diffusion phenomena and creates an environment for slowing down or even stopping the corrosion of the steel reinforcement.
