Original Abstract

We demonstrate a variety of thin films with respect to their physico-chemical properties that could be beneficial for an improvement of composite performance. Mechanical and optical properties of thin films are controlled in wide ranges and an organic/inorganic character of the film is varied extensively if organosilicon monomer is used.
