Souprava pro aplikaci kloubní náhrady, která obsahuje kloubní implantát sestávající z horní oblé komponenty , ze spodní jamkové komponenty a z mezi nimi uspořádané vložky, přičemž oblá komponenta je opatřena ze své vnitřní plochy alespoň jedním vystupujícím zpevňujícím žebrem, které tvarově odpovídá tvaru drážky provedené v kloubní kosti, přičemž žebro oblé komponenty je provedeno ve tvaru oblouku, přičemž vrchol oblouku je v horní části oblé komponenty a jeho ramena jsou pak uspořádaná na spodní části, dále souprava obsahuje vrtací šablonu, která má tvar oblouku žebra a je na své čelní ploše opatřena sadou otvorů a z čelní plochy po obou stranách vybíhá tělo, které je tvarově uzpůsobeno k dosednutí na plochu distální části kloubní kosti, a dále obsahuje dláto s břity konkávními, konvexními nebo lineárními, které má na okrajích ostří špičky.
