Original Abstract

The book presents features and relationship between analog, discrete, and digital signals and analog, discrete and digital systems. The book is divided into 22 chapters and introduces more than 145 examples in Matlab. The author does not attempt to describe all fundamental methods, algorithms and features of analog and digital signals and systems, but he would like to give a comprehensive overview of the most used methods, algorithms and principles. The book is intended primarily for students, but it is also usable for engineers, physicists and for other professionals, who use signal processing methods and system design.
