Original Abstract

This paper aims to describe features of the linear operator A in a COMMIT2 algorithm. COMMIT and COMMIT2 algorithms seem to be a promising way to improve sensitivity of a brain white matter mapping procedures called tractography. The core problem solved there is challenging due to dimensionality and poor stability of the system and a alternative method for its solution is still being searched.
