Original Abstract

Inovativní technické řešení řešení koriguje proudění vzduchu v uzavřeném vnitřním prostoru hranatých ventilátorových komor, které jsou nedílnou součástí většiny vzduchotechnických jednotek. Podstatou redistributoru vzduchu pro optimalizaci tlakové ztráty ventilátorové komory s volným oběžným kolem jsou náběhové plechy, které mohou zaujímat různý geometrický tvar a jejich styk s ventilátorovou komorou je důkladně vyhlazen tak, aby nevznikala lokální tlaková ztráta. Princip náběhových plechů je, že vlivem své geometrie zvýší hladkost čtyřhranného průřezu ventilátorové komory, upraví směr a charakter proudu vzduchu z výstupu oběžného kola, sníží počet lokálních turbulencí a sníží počet dílčích vírů v rozích ventilátorové komory, sníží třecí a adhezní síly a tím sníží tlakové ztráty a navýší celkový průtok vzduchu vestavěného ventilátoru.

English abstract

The innovative technical solution corrects the air flow in the closed interior of the square fan chambers, which are an integral part of most air handling units. The essence of the air redistributor for optimizing the pressure loss of the fan chamber with a free impeller is the lead-in plates, which can take on different geometric shapes and their contact with the fan chamber is thoroughly smoothed so that no local pressure loss occurs. The principle of the inlet plates is that due to its geometry it increases the smoothness of the square cross-section of the fan chamber, adjusts the direction and character of the air flow from the impeller outlet, reduces the number of local turbulences and reduces the number of partial vortices in the corners of the fan chamber, reduces friction and adhesion forces losses and increase the total airflow of the built-in fan.
