Abstract

V rámci výzkumného projektu TH02020076 byla navržena a ověřena technologie výroby korozivzdorné austeniticko-feritické oceli A995 GR4A. Pro tuto jakost oceli v litém stavu byl vypracován postup svařování (WPQR – Welding procedure qualification record). Svařovací postup byl certifikován dle obvyklých standardů pro tloušťku stěny odlitku až 50 mm.

Abstract in English

Within the research project TH02020076, the production technology of stainless austenitic-ferritic steel A995 GR4A was designed and verified. A welding procedure (WPQR - Welding procedure qualification record) was developed for this grade of cast steel. The welding procedure was certified according to the usual standards for the wall thickness of the casting up to 50 mm.
