Abstract

Technologie popisuje výrobu těžkých odlitků z duplexních austeniticko-feritických ocelí pro energetický, chemický průmysl a ofshore. Technologie je navržena pro masivní odlitky až 20 tun s tloušťkou stěn až 500 mm. Součástí ověřené technologie je také popis vlivu tloušťky stěny na mechanické vlastnosti a jakost odlitků.

Abstract in English

Technology of casting massive castings made of duplex austenitic and ferritic steels for energy, chemical industry and ofshore was certified. The technology is purposed for massive castings up to 20 tons and wall thickness up to 500 mm. The technology certification includes verification of influence of wall thickness on machanical properties and quality of the castings.
