Original Abstract

Open Online Dispute Resolution as a fully open technology and system of organization for easy, quick and cheap development of almost any ODR platform (ODR Machine), together with a communication tool for people (PCT) through which they will be able to access ODR platforms. People/parties and public and private ODR providers (data generators) will voluntarily share anonymized data about dispute resolution through underlying AI infrastructure.
