Pájecí stanice s elektrickým proudem přímo vyhřívanou šablonou slouží pro vytvoření, resp. znovuvytvoření kulových pájených vývodů na pouzdrech typu BGA. Umožňuje využít novou metodu, která se svými výhodami řadí mezi levnější metody procesu reballing a drazší metodu laserového pájení určené především pro opravy.

Soldering station with electric current directly heated stencil is used to ball-attach process, respectively reballing on BGA type packages. It makes it possible to use a new method, which with its advantages ranks among the cheaper methods of the reballing process and the more expensive method of laser soldering intended primarily for repairs.
