Original Abstract

We report the fabrication of Nb-doped TiO2 based oxygen sensor. The active material was synthesized by sol-gel route from alkoxide precursors. The gel obtained was dried to get the nanopowders and then calcined at 600°C. Niobium concentration was set to 3%. Nanopowders were suspended in glycerol and deposited onto microhotplates by drop-coating method. Sensors were tested under nitrogen and percents of oxygen concentration.
