Jedná se o držák vzorků s referenční oblastí, který je kompatibilní s nanoCT přístrojem Rigaku nano3DX. Tento držák byl konkrétně navržen pro sesazení dvou datasetů získaných metodou duálně-targetové tomografie. V rámci praktické realizace této metody jsou získávány dva datasety, jejichž následné sesazení je náročné a v některých případech velmi problematické. Držák vzorku s referenční oblastí umožňuje omezit stupně volnosti při registraci tomografických dat, čímž jsou parametry registrace pro dané datasety jednoznačně určeny. Držák je tvořen kovovou tyčinkou, která je upevňována do nanoCT, a kaptonovou vrstvou s ocelovou mikrokuličkou, na kterou je následně upevňován vzorek.

Sample holder with a reference area compatible with nanoCT device Rigaku nano3DX. This holder was designed for registration of data acquired using dual-target tomography method. Using this method two datasets are acquired and their subsequent registration is very challenging and in some cases very problematic. Sample holder with a reference area allows to restrict degrees of freedom during registration of tomographic data, resulting in clear determination of registration parameters for given datasets. The holder consists of metal rod, which is mounted to nanoCT, and kapton layer with metal microsphere, on which a sample is being attached.
