Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá pravidly užití interních srovnatelných údajů, které vyplývají ze standardů uvedených v pokynu GFŘ D-34, standardů uvedených ve směrnici OECD o převodních cenách pro nadnárodní podniky a daňové správy a dále standardů prezentovaných ze strany JTPF (Joint Transfer Pricing Forum).

English abstract

Paper deals with the rules for the utilization of the internal comparables as established in the Instruction by General Financial Directorate D-34, standards established in the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administration and standards recommended by the Joint Transfer Pricing Forum.
