Original Abstract

Novel system and circuit topology for measurement of very low signals at high currents based on Delta Sigma modulation noise pattern subtraction is presented. It is used primarily for the bolometer signal processing where in addition it can also compensate the self-heating effect conveniently. Nevertheless, the principle can be used in many other applications too.
