Při traumatologických poškozeních loketního kloubu dochází k poškození nebo ulomení dosedacích ploch, které vedou k jejich chirurgickému odstranění. Tento zákrok nezpůsobí ztrátu jeho funkčnosti, ale zmenší délku vřetenní kosti, což způsobí pacientovi bolesti v zápěstí. Požadavkem lékařského týmu z Úrazové nemocnice v Brně, je navržení částečné radio-humerální aloplastiky odstraňující tyto nežádoucí účinky. V příspěvku je uvedena napěťově-deformační analýza konečnoprvkového modelu loketního spojení a navržení geometrického modelu aloplastiky proximální části radia.

In traumatology demolition of elbow joint there are in many cases, where the surfaces of the joint are damaged. These parts of the joint have been removed during the operation. Function of the joint is not away but it nevertheless causes a really strong pain in the patient wrist. There is mentioned in the paper stress-strain analyze of the elbow joint in FEM and also geometric model of partial aloplastic for proximal part of radius.
