Original Abstract

Numerical approach using the FEM has been used to describe the behaviour of reinforced concrete beam in fourpoint bending test. 2D plane stress parametrical model has been created. In order to obtain the best match between force-deformation curves of the numerical model and the experimental test, a sensitivity and subsequent optimization analyses have been conducted. The optimal geometrical and material parameters of the numerical FE-model are identified.
