Metodika zahrnuje komplexní hodnocení stavebních konstrukcí, zahrnuje rizikové faktory (dle stavu během výstavby, dle aktuálního stavu, degradační procesy), klasifikace rizikových faktorů s ohledem na dopady (finanční, technické, atd.), klasifikaci stavu konstrukce dle zařazení jednotlivých rizikových faktorů do skupin podle závažnosti, umožnění efektivního managementu péče o stavení konstrukci dle aktuálních požadavků správce objektu.
