Original Abstract

Tento příspěvek se zabývá především kontrolou a verifikací znaleckých posudků v oblasti oceňování nemovitostí, jimi určených cen nemovitého majetku, a také jejich přezkoumatelností a vadami. Zde uvedené požadavky na znalecké posudky však platí obecně.

English abstract

This paper deal primarily with the control, review and verification of expert opinions in the field of real estate valuation, their designated prices, as well as their reviewability and faults. However, the requirements set out herein are generally applicable.
