Original Abstract

?Conducting effective repair or sanitation of wooden constructions requires the knowledge of their actual state. Technical inspections serve for these purposes. Depending on purpose and volume we distinguish two types of inspections - preliminary and detailed. In this case is used a whole series of diagnostic methods - not destroying (material testing directly in the construction), laboratory (determination of the parameters of materials in the models, selected made of the constructions) and visual (damage of constructions). In the article are described the separate ways of technical inspections and the methods used.
