Original Abstract

This article discusses a concept of a three-phase inverter based on a new semiconductor smart-power component based on BCD technology. This work also includes dimensioning of the inverter power part temporary based on discrete power semiconductors. The overall hardware design of the inverter is described as well as the motor.
