The paper discuss an effect of electrical resistance of the thin films of various PEDOT:PSS materials. Then the stability of these films in water is discussed. For the most suitable films the OECT systems were prepared. Effect of channel width, lenght and thickness of PEDOT:PSS layer on the transconductance reasponse of the OECT were studied and discussed.
