Original Abstract

The paper describes the design of analog filter by the method of synthetic elements. The synthetic element with universal current conveyor is used. This active building block is suitable for high-frequency signal processing. The filter topology is designed so that the parasitic properties of conveyor (especially the non-zero impedance of pin X) have as small influence on the filter operation as possible. The proper functionality of the designed filter is verified by the computer simulation in PSpice and by the experimental measurement.
