Original Abstract

This paper summarizes the both theoretical and practical experience gained in the microelectronic technology education during last twenty years. The Assembly Technology with emphasis on Interconnection and Packaging is one of the several specializations in this branch. Basic knowledge about construction of electronics instruments and equipments is every day more important because the larger number of people uses them more and more. As quality system has to be implemented in each production process, the same should be applied in educational process. Some aspects concerning this matter are presentedin this paper.
