Cílem vlastní metodiky je zefektivnit výkon veřejných politik na centrální, krajské a místní úrovni. Aplikace metodiky umožní identifikovat dobré praktiky a motivovat ke zvyšování úrovně vládnutí a správy a kultivaci veřejných institucí. Napomůže i implementaci zákona o státní službě.

The aim is to streamline the performance of public policies at central, regional and local levels. The application of the methodology will identify good practices and motivate them to increase the level of governance and administration and cultivation of public institutions. It will also help implement the Civil Service Act.
