Original Abstract

Technologie COB (Chip on Board) řeší přímou montáž polovodičových čipů na substrát, což přináší řadu výhod jako např. úsporu místa, zlepšení elektrických vlastností apod. Holé (nezapouzdřené) čipy (Bare Chip) se vyznačují malými rozměry a náchylností k poškození nebo znečištění, což vyžaduje zvýšenou pozornost při manipulaci a montáži.

English abstract

COB (Chip on Board) technology addresses the direct assembly of semiconductor chips on a substrate, which brings a number of benefits such as space saving, improved electrical properties, and the like. Bare Chip is characterized by its small size and susceptibility to damage or contamination, which requires increased attention during handling and assembly.
